About this Experience
Two Days in the Saddle
A two-day ride is a great way to discover more of the countryside around Essaouira without having to rush.
The first day takes you inland, through the quieter landscapes of the Moroccan countryside. The following day, the scenery changes as you ride towards the coast, following beaches and trails along the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic.
For the night, choose between the comfort of a local guesthouse or the simplicity of a bivouac under the stars.
The trek is suitable for all riding levels, including beginners, with the pace adapted to the group.
How Your Trek Unfolds
Day 1
01 – Meet your guide
Meet your guide and horses before setting off from the stables.
02 – Ride inland
Leave the coast behind and follow trails through the countryside around Essaouira, discovering a quieter side of the region.
03 – Settle in for the evening
After a full day in the saddle, arrive at your accommodation for the evening at a local guesthouse
Day 2
04 – Ride towards the coast
Set off again and gradually make your way towards the Atlantic, with the landscape changing as you approach the coast.
05 – Beaches & Cliffs
Follow trails along the beaches and cliffs, with wide ocean views and plenty of time to enjoy the ride.
06 – Return
Finish the trek and return to the stables after two days exploring the landscapes around Essaouira.
